In the morning of Sep 10, the class of 2019 Developing Countries Communication Conference arrived at Point-line Space, Futian District, Shenzhen. Lucy Sun, Executive Chairman of Shenzhen Outbound Alliance(SOA), Chairman of Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen(SSFET), Kevin Zhou, Deputy Secretary-General of SOA gave reception to the class. 

Lucy Sun, Executive Chairman of Shenzhen Outbound Alliance(SOA), Chairman of Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen(SSFET) was giving a welcom speech

First, Lucy Sun, Executive Chairman of Shenzhen Outbound Alliance, Chairman of Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen gave the welcome speech, and introduced the class to what the SOA have done through these years in terms of helping local enterprises with overseas business, and provided a communication platform for those enterprises. Additionally, Lucy Sun said the SOA will integrate resources spanning from multiple fields, and build the international marketing network.

Introduction by Jia Mai

Jia Mai who was from International Department introduced the class to Shenzhen’s business environment and foreign trade development in terms of regional development, openness, population, innovations and low carbon. 

Introduction by Kevin Zhou

Kevin Zhou, Deputy Secretary-General, introduce the development of finance industry of Shenzhen, in terms of the development, the problems that SMEs have encountered while getting investment and how Roallink GLB help enterprises to get financing support as a platform. 

Introduction by Daisy Zhou, International Department, Roadlink GLB

Daisy Zhou who is from the International Department introduced the Roadlink GLB in terms of government & enterprises service, information sharing, financing and overseas promotion. She said that the SOA will continuously speed up to lead the upgrade of the innovation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and provide more comprehensive service to enterprises. 

Speech by Badwan Mazen Mustafa Hamed, Technical Adviser of Jordan

Badwan Mazen Mustafa Hamed, Technical Adviser of Jordan, said that he is sincerely grateful to SSFET & SOA for having the opportunity to visit Point-line Space. As the the Belt and Road Initiative is been pushing forward, China has been cooperating and communicating with related countries. This seminar is a practical demonstration of cultural exchange in the context of Belt and Road Initiative.

Q&A Session

During the Q&A session, Kevin Zhou, Deputy Secretary-General of SOA answered the questions relates to what kind role of the government was playing during the fast development of Shenzhen for last 30 years. And questions relates to E-bank, human resource were also illustrated by Kevin.
