Lucy Sun, the Executive Chairman of Shenzhen Outbound Alliance, Wang Bingwen, Zhejiang Meorient Commerce & Exihibition Inc., Zhu Saijin, General Manager of Overseas Affairs of Hangzhou Deyi Electric Appliance Co. Ltd., Li Yongcheng, founder of Hangzhou Limao Consulting Ltd., Qianhang, lawyer from Beijing Yingke Law firm as the special guest had attended the webinar.


The webinar was hosted by Huang Wei from Yicai, he analyzed the international trade environment during this time. And he led the guest to discuss on the topic - how SMEs could survive the pandemic.

Zhu Saijin, General Manager of Overseas Affairs of Hangzhou Deyi Electric Appliance Co. Ltd., also share his ideas about the trade problems. He said that one of the most urging problem is that the workers weren’t able to come back to their works in time because of the prevailing COVID-19 virus. And it cause a series of problems to productions and delivery. Additionally, he said that it’s an opportunity for enterprises to look into itself and improve the management.

Zhu Saijin, General Manager of Overseas Affairs of Hangzhou Deyi Electric Appliance Co. Ltd., was sharing his points


Wang Bingwen, Zhejiang Meorient Commerce & Exihibition Inc., said that, as the Chinese biggest overseas exhibition service provider, they held exhibitions and activities in various countries and ‘Belt and Road’ countries. However, most activities was ceased and canceled by authorities. For exhibition service providers the online exhibition was one way to run business and maybe a revolution to the industry.

Lucy Sun, Executive Chairman of the Shenzhen Outbound Alliance, share her perspectives over how to prepare enterprises for overseas development in terms of information disclosure, talent service, finance service and risk prevention. She said that being the number one export city in 27 straight years, Shenzhen was influenced by the pandemic in a wide range. She also discussed on the recovery of the foreign trade industry. She mentioned that the digitization was one way top solve the problems in current situation. Lucy shared cases about how online platforms help the enterprises make orders.

Qianhang, lawyer from Beijing Yingke Law firm(Hangzhou), shared his point on legal problems. He said as the domestic situation gets better, and outbreak of overseas countries was happening, the situations changed so fast for foreign trade companies. He suggested that enterprise avoid canceling the orders and be patient for the recovery of business. He also suggested that enterprises need to put compliance as their first priority to prevent from getting into legal risks.

Qianhang, lawyer from Beijing Yingke Law firm(Hangzhou), shared his point on legal problems.


Li Yongcheng, founder of Hangzhou Limao Consulting Ltd., discussed on the problems that the enterprises are facing. First, enterprises that have the financing problems. Second, enterprises that rely on single clients. Third, enterprises that have weak supply chain. Fourth, enterprises that have no guarantee. He was positive towards the market, and the needs was suppressed by the pandemic currently. He suggested enterprises to focus on customer service, once the pandemic was eliminated, their needs would burst out.
