The three-day International Consumer Electronics Expo·South Africa 2017 co-organized by African National Congress Economic Development Commission (ANC political party), Gauteng Economic Development Agency, Orient International Exhibition (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Sino-Africa Trade and Investment Corporation, the Alliance, Ministry of Commerce of Government of Johannesburg, South Africa, South African Electronic Communications Association, South African Electrical and Electronic Engineering Association and South African Electronic Components Distributor and Manufacturer Association was opened at Sandton Convention Center, Johannesburg at local time (Johannesburg) 10:00 a.m., November 23 (Beijing time: 16:00).

 The Organizing Committee of ICEE·South Africa selected over 200 production-oriented exhibitors to bring dozens of categories, nearly one thousand mainstream electronic products with lower cost and more reliable quality, which are more trendy and more complete in categories. The products exhibited include communication products and accessories, unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ships, robots, loudspeaker boxes, game machines, mobile phones, computer hardware, software and peripheral products, portable electronic products and accessories, wearable devices, VR products, wireless devices, data storage equipment, automotive electronic products, smart home products, intelligent tutoring products, security systems, Bluetooth products, emerging technologies, household appliances and small household appliances, home theaters and peripheral products, which gave you one-stop consumer electronics purchasing experience. Besides, some most mainstream electronic products were released for the first time worldwide in ICEE·South Africa.

In addition, well-known scientific and technical corporations such as Konka Group, Rilla Group, Shenzhen Holpe Commercial Chain Stock Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Sunell Technology Corporation, Shenzhen Sungworld Electronics Co., Ltd., ORICO Technologies Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Fitouch Co., Ltd., Shenzhen ECVV Network Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Alattin Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Hipad Intelligent Communications Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yunji Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd., Shenzhen SEST Technology Co. Ltd., Shenzhen Hinet Electronics Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Benton Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Ruihesheng Technology Co., Ltd. as well as local exhibitors like one of the three biggest telecommunication operators in South Africa - Cell C attended the Expo.

ICEE·South Africa 2017 has attracted much attention from South African purchasers and numerous industry purchasers and peers in the first day of opening with a larger number of people on site. The purchasers attended showed high participating enthusiasm and great interest on “intelligent manufacturing in China”, and expressed that participating in the first professional consumer electronics expo in South Africa locally and negotiating with numerous manufacturers face to face saved cost. Moreover, they were able to witness the most influential industry science and technology feast on South African market jointly.
