On July 3, the Madagascar officers participating in 2017 Seminar on Economic Development Experience of China by the Ministerial Level Officers of Madagascar came to Shenzhen for a field visit. The seminar is constituted by 22 ministerial level officers of Madagascar, including seven ministers, i.e., RAFIDIMANANA Narson (the Minister of Land of the Presidential Palace of Madagascar), ZAFILAHY Ying Vah (the Minister of Mining and Oil of the Presidential Palace of Madagascar), RAZAFIMANDIMBY Eric (the Minister of Public Works), NOURDINE Chabani (Minister of Industry and Private Sector Development), TAZAFY Armand (the Minister of Commerce and Consumption), RAMANANTSOA  Ramarcel Benjamina (the Minister of Transportation and Meteorology), RASOLOELISON Lantoniaina (the Minister of Water, Energy and Fuel), the officers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and Budget, the Ministry of Mining and Oil of the Presidential Palace, the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Industry and Private Sector Development, the Ministry of Commerce and Consumption, the Ministry of Water, Energy and Fuel, and the Economic Development Bureau, as well as four presidential advisers.

The seminar was held in the conference hall of Proud Way Hotel Shenzhen, where the experience and lessons of Shenzhen in the reform and opening up were discussed. Sun Tianlu, the Vice Chairwoman and Secretary General of the Alliance, introduced the development history and experience of Shenzhen, and how to give full play to its geographical advantages, policy and talent advantages as well as excellent service, so as to develop Shenzhen into a window for China's reform and opening up. Besides, Sun also introduced Shenzhen Outbound Alliance and its working functions. Under the background of "The Belt and Road" initiatives, the local enterprises has a huge demand for "going out", so the Alliance is committed to build cooperation platforms for business services, ensuring more local enterprises can "go out".

The seminar members expressed their admiration for the modernization level of Shenzhen, and also hoped that both sides should strengthen interaction and exchange and exchange more development experience to show our country's management level and experience.
