Canadian Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Roadshow in China 2018
On September 14, the Canadian Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Roadshow in China 2018 was held at the Point-line Space Professional Service Exchange Center in Futian District, Shenzhen, which was sponsored by Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (SOA) and the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou and organized by Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen (SSFET) and Roadlink GLB. In order to promote intelligent manufacturing technology exchange and development between China and Canada, the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou organized eight leading enterprises in Canadian intelligent manufacturing industry and their cutting-edge technology project teams to participate in the Roadshow, which has helped build a platform for exchange and cooperation between Chinese and Canadian enterprises. The Point-line Space Professional Service Exchange Center provided venue support for the Roadshow.

Tom Cumming, Business Counselor of the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou and Sun Tianlu, Executive Chairman of SOA attended the Roadshow and delivered welcoming remarks, saying that they will actively promote exchange and cooperation between Chinese and Canadian enterprises and provide them with a better platform for exchange and cooperation. The attendees of the Roadshow also included Lisa Qi, Director of Greater China, the Science and Technology Department of the Ontario 2018Government of Canada, Ding Ning, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of SOA, as well as representatives from nearly 60 enterprises and professional institutions such as Zhongke New Material Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Loobot Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Lushizu Robot Co., Ltd., Guangdong Huaxing Bank, Shenzhen Tsingda United Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Qianhai Pengchen Investment Management Co., Ltd.. The publicity video of Canadian companies and that of the Guangming New District were also played at the Roadshow.
