On 2 November, the first session of “Training Course for Tian An Cyber Park’s Enterprises” was held at T+space Hall of Fuyuan Branch, Shenzhen Tian An Cyber Park. This event was sponsored by Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (SOA), TianAn Cyber Park Group, and Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen, with the assistance of Roadlink GLB. Many distinguished and prominent professionals in the industry were invited to share their insights on policies and relevant laws, to talk about industry information, and to carry out professional training.

Liu Yiping, Director of Innovation and Development Department of Tian An Cyber Park Group, delivered a speech in the opening ceremony of the training, he stated that Tian An Cyber Park is China's leading developer and operator in the ecosystem of innovative enterprises, dedicated to building a service system with characteristics that aims to serve innovative enterprises on the basis of intellectual property service system by synthesizing funds, technology, talents and international resources. Sun Tianlu, Executive Chairman of SOA, introduced the operation of SOA and Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen. SOA has been holding up the goal of building an efficient and pragmatic platform of interactive communication, together with member enterprises, pushing forward the transformation from “quantity expansion” to “quality and profit-oriented” mode, and responding to the implementation of our national strategy—the “Belt and Road”. Ge Suhua, Senior Partner of Beijing Yingke Law Firm (Shenzhen), Qu Tingting, Executive Director of Starlight International Capital Group, Fan Jiaheng, Partner of KPMG (Shenzhen), and Zhou Gang, Director of Overseas Project Investment from "Roadlink GLB" were invited to demonstrate on four aspects respectively: introducing overall measures for enterprises to prevent legal risks and intellectual property risks in the process of ‘Go Global’; analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese technology companies that are listed overseas with case sharing of companies that have successfully gone public overseas; demonstrating fiscal and tax issues that may be encountered by the enterprises when they are reaching foreign market with case study, and introducing equity financing with successful enterprise cases in that regard.

The training course for the Park’s enterprises was carried out smoothly and the content was well received by the participants. The course was highly relevant to the actual condition of the enterprises. Several practical cases and in-depth analysis, extensive experience and development patterns were provided for enterprises to step up in their development.
