On October 19, Promotion Conference on Investment and Business Environment in Bao’an District of Shenzhen and 2018 Sino-German (Bao’an) Investment Cooperation Forum was held in Bao’an District, Shenzhen. The Event was organized by Investment Promotion Bureau of Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “CIPA”), the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and the People's Government of Bao’an District, and jointly held by China International Investment Promotion Center (Germany) and Shenzhen Bao’an Sino-German (Europe) Industrial Development Cooperation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “BIDA”). Liu Dianxun, Director of CIPA, Ai Xuefeng, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Yao Ren, party secretary of Bao’an District Committee of the CPC, Mr. Cai Ying, Director of Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Sun Tianlu, Executive Chairman of Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (SOA) and Chairman of Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen, German States Officials in China, attended the Forum.

At the Forum, on be behalf of both parties, Sun Tianlu, Executive Chairman of SOA and Thomas Einsfelde, Director of the Business Promotion Agency of the State of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, signed an agreement to establish a strategic partnership.
