In the morning of December 16, 2016, the Second Congress of First Council organized by Shenzhen Outbound Alliance was successfully held in JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen.

He Zhimei, Director of Foreign Cooperation Division of Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Huang Ming, General Representative of State of Bavaria China Office, Sun Tianlu, Vice Chairwoman and Secretary General of the Alliance, as well as Hytera and Shenzhen Energy – council units, and over 20 council members such as Holpe and Garment Industry Association attended this conference.

At the conference, Sun Tianlu, Vice Chairwoman and Secretary General of the Alliance, firstly reported the works done by the Alliance in 2016 and the work plan for 2017; her report has been recognized by all council members. At the conference, after discussion, the work report of the Alliance 2016 has been approved; Shenzhen Huada Gene Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. were selected as vice-president units of the Alliance; Shenzhen Branch of CMBC and Shenzhen Branch of Ernst & Young (China) Advisory Limited were selected as council members of the Alliance.

He Zhimei, Director of Foreign Cooperation Division of Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality - business guidance department of the Alliance, expressed congratulations to the new vice-president units and council units, and recognized the work contents and work ideas of the Alliance since its foundation; she stated that several “Outbound” indicators of Shenzhen rank top across the nation; while enterprises in Shenzhen keep the rapid growth of “Outbound” quantity and investment scale, the quality and benefit are also improving; she hopes the Alliance to perfect the service system, actively and efficiently create four “Outbound” platforms, so as to provide comprehensive supports and guarantees for the enterprises in Shenzhen to conduct transnational operation.

Then Huang Ming, General Representative of State of Bavaria China Office, introduced the conditions, advantages and investment opportunities of Germany Bavaria.

At last, in the session of resource sharing and interaction, Yin Ye, CEO of BGI, Liu Dexun, Chairman of Holpe Group, Cao Hong, Vice President of Shenzhen Energy Group, Song Wenjian, representative of Shenzhen Investment Holding and Shen Yongfang, chairman of Garment Industry Association, made speeches on behalf of their council units and deeply discussed about the outbound problems faced by the enterprises and how to better help enterprises in Shenzhen to go out.

Then, the Second Congress of First Council of the Alliance came to a successful conclusion. The council members stated that Shenzhen Outbound Alliance has obtained breakthrough development in the work of last year; the Alliance has become the booster for enterprises in Shenzhen to “go out” to expand overseas blueprint.
