On the afternoon of December 18, 2017, the Third (Enlarged) Congress of First Council organized by the Alliance was successfully held in Shenzhen National Genebank.

Fan Jingxi, commissioner of Shenzhen Commissioner Office of Ministry of Commerce, Qiu Xiaonan, Vice Director of Foreign Cooperation Division of Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Sun Tianlu, Vice Chairwoman and Secretary General of the Alliance, as well as about 20 council members such as BYD, BGI, Transsion, Liancheng Overseas, Holpe and Garment Industry Association attended this conference.

Before the conference, the representative of BGI – vice-president unit of the Alliance led the council members to visit the National Genebank.

At the beginning of the conference, Fan Jingxi, commissioner of Shenzhen Commissioner Office of Ministry of Commerce, highly appreciated the works done by the Alliance and expected the future innovative development of the Alliance. Qiu Xiaonan, Vice Director of Foreign Cooperation Division of Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, shared the supportive policies on overseas investment with the present council members.
