On April 28, 2017, the Seminar on "Thailand's Development Opportunities Entering the 4.0 Era" was successfully held at Hong Kong Island Shangri-la Hotel. Zhong Xiaoxing, the Foreign Affairs Manager of the Alliance, and Zhang Zilan, the Foreign Affairs Commissioner of the Alliance, attended the seminar. 

At the seminar, Mr. Suvit Maesincee, the head of Department of Affairs of the Prime Minister's Office of Thailand, firstly delivered a speech to the conference. Next, the Minister of Industry of Thailand Mr. Uttama Savanayana, Thailand Digital Economy and Society Minister Mr. Pichet Durengkaveroj and Thailand Investment Promotion Committee (BOI) detailed the opportunities and preferential investment policies of Thailand in tourism, industry, transportation and education, and answered the questions from the participants.

Thailand has always been one of the most important countries China has paid attention to. The Alliance is also going to launch a series of Thailand promotion conferences and business visits, so that Shenzhen enterprises can better understand the culture, environment and investment opportunities of Thailand.
