Forum on Risk Prevention and Response to Liability and Recall of Products Sold to the US hosted by the Alliance and Alston & Bird LLP and organized by Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen was held in the Point-Line Space Profession Service Exchanger on the morning of May 5, 2017. In the Forum, the representative of Alston & Bird LLP introduced the most important defensive basis and procedural challenge for product liability litigation of overseas manufacturers of the US, the safety regulations on consumer products and medical devices in the US, reporting and recall obligations, the trend of civil punishment and the Trump administration's views on these important aspects. 

The Forum gives participants a better understanding of the risks and responsibilities of selling products to the US, and how you protect yourself if you are the target of supervision or the goal of a product liability lawsuit.
