The Fourth Congress of First Membership  Assembly of Shenzhen Outbound Alliance was  held at the Road Show Hall of Point-line Space  Professional Service Exchange Center on the  morning of January 18, 2019. He Zhimei and Zhou  Xu—Chief and Deputy Director of Department  of Foreign Cooperation of the Economy, Trade  and Information Commission of Shenzhen  Municipality; Sun Tianlu, Executive Chairman, Ding  Ning, Executive Deputy Secretary General, Zhai  Haibin and Zhou Gang, Deputy Secretary Generals  of the Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (SOA); and  nearly 100 members, including Shenzhen BGI  Corporation, Shenzhen Energy Corporation,  Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Ltd., Shenzhen  INVT Electric Corporation, Shenzhen Electronics  Industries Association, etc. attended the meeting.

In the meeting, He Zhimei—Chief Director of  Department of Foreign Cooperation of the Economy,  Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen  Municipality—was the first to deliver a speech.  She confirmed the achievements and efforts  SOA had made since its inception, hoped SOA  to keep building the innovative service platform  for sustainable development and to study key  industries, and awaited the day when Shenzhen  enterprises go global together with SOA's help.

Sun Tianlu—Executive Chairman of SOA then  delivered a speech. She expressed gratitude to  relevant responsible or professional institutions  of different countries for their help and support.  Shenzhen Outbound Alliance had made an active  effort to receive external institutions, to help enterprises to contact with overseas resources,  to hold many overseas exhibitions, and to organize  business tours in 2018, and would keep trying its  best to build a better service platform and solve  problems for enterprises in 2019.

Ding Ning—Executive Deputy Secretary General of  SOA—gave a 2018 work report in detail. The report  mentioned SOA's assistance for the government in  intensifying Shenzhen's exchange of foreign economy  and trade and organizing high-level professional  summits and SOA's raising its profile of professional  outbound services; basing itself upon the GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area; providing  diversified services for outbound enterprises; further  expanding and consolidating overseas partnerships;  rebuilding its website architecture; and improving  its external display platform, financial reporting, and  future work plans constantly.

Newly-Increased Director Members  Awarded with Boards

After deliberation, 3 newly-increased director  members were approved in the meeting: Mitsui  Sumitomo Insurance (China) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen  Jiazhi Junqing Undertaking investment Co., Ltd.,  and Shenzhen Branch, CCB. These newly-increased  director members were awarded boards and took  a group photo for marking the moment.
