The 2018 India Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances Exhibition (CEI) kicked off at 10 a.m. on November 22 local time at Bombay Exhibition Centre. The three-day exhibition was jointly hosted by Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (SOA), SME Chamber of India, Indian Merchants’ Chamber, All India Association of Industries (AIAI) and SingEx Exhibitions, and was co-organized by WorldEx-SingEx Exhibitions (Guangzhou) and SHENZHEN CZE WORLD TRADE EXHIBITION CO.,LTD.

Liu Rizhi, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Tang Guocai, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Bombay, Chandrakant Salunkhe, President of SME Chamber of India, Zhao Caixia, Director of Guangming Economic Development Promotion Center of Shenzhen and Wang Jian, Representative of SOA were also present at the exhibition.

For local hi-tech innovative enterprises, the CEI is a significant platform for outbound investment and overseas market development. As the host of the exhibition, SOA has provided various types of services for nearly one hundred exhibitors and guests around the globe, and has scored fundamental achievements.

Moreover, the large population and growing labor productivity has also led to a significant domestic consumption demand and a fast-developing electronic market.
